What motor do you all reccomend (you've personally tested on the mini titan) as a upgrade 3S motor?
-What pinion will I need?
-Will this affect the ESC at all where I need to upgrade (running stock ESC now)

After placing the original stock motor and ESC in a drawer where they can't harm anything anymore, I switched to the Z-Power Z450TH (3S battery) with Phoenix CC45. Worked very well with 12 or 13 T pinion.
Then I tried the Z-Power Z10A 3000 and works fine with 13T but here I prefer 12T and 4S.
I'm in the process of switching to a NEU 1107H / 2Y ( for 4S) but many others have used the 1107H / 1.5Y on 3S.
Perhaps you could read the numerous related tests?
I supposed it all depends what exactly you are looking for and what sort of flying you are doing...

I switched my old MT to the 430XL and was much happier with the performance.
