After a few hours of work, she is finished. I just have to go to the LHS and get a pressure fitting to screw into the muffler.

Also I need to take the head off and get the swash leveling tool on the swash to make sure everything's kosher there....

Oh yah, and check the pitch:rolling

If any of you see anything obvious out of place/screwed up in these pictures, please let me know before I take her up on sunday;)

I gotta clean my bench up, yuck.

Nice job. The Titan sure looks nice. Noticed the eccpm set up. Who makes that set-up?

It's towards the bottom of the page. I bought the airframe used, so I didn't install it but it looks pretty straightforward. I did print out the instructions so I could check the link lengths and servo horn requirements.

MTA Hobbies has a conversion too.

No remote glow adapter? That'll be a PITA.

That eCCPM conversion sure gives you a lot more room for electronics. Nice looking machine. Personally I'd wouldn't want to maiden one with green paddles on. :) It may be camera angle, but your flybar looks to have a touch of a curve in it, may want to straight-edge it.

Cheers, and enjoy your flight. :)

Meh, I have had a ton of sim time and around 30 or so flights total in 450-size electrics.

The thing was easy to fly, slightly twitchy but nothing I couldn't handle.

I liked the conversion, it took a lot of crap off the bird and gave me lots of room to mount things. Also, I'm used to setting that up and it's easier(for me anyways).

You might have missed it though, she's no more, wrecked on the second hover/motor break-in, and here's why(thanks Align):

I almost have enough bones for a 600N which is what I plan to get. I would have rebuilt the raptor but I'm having a very hard time finding the eCCPM parts, and the guy who makes them doesn't seem interested in making any more and has none in stock.

Gah that sucks. I read your repair or replace post here. I don't do RR much. You planning on putting this one back in the air as well? Two is better than one. :P Flying spare. lol

Nope, parting it out cause the eCCPM parts are nearly impossible to get.

I don't want to have that problem again if(when) it were to crash.

I see you've got a Titan... I've got a Kasama head with your name on it:wink:

Ohhhh don't tempt me, the better half has a stick at home with my name on it too. :P

What's it going for? LOL
