I received this heli for x-mas from the great folks here, but its going to drive me nuts. I have a vibe that is so bad that it makes the half full fuel tank fill with foam. If I try reduceing the head speed a tad the whole heli goes into a gyration (oscilation) like I have training gear on. I have only been able to hover 3 half tanks it gets so bad, and after every flight I have replaced everything but the head assembly, engine, and frames each time. Im beginning to wonder if the engine (os.37) has a bent crank shaft. I know the main(auto) hub has a slight wobble, but in no way do I think its out of ballance. I do not have nor can I afford to get another engine just yet to try, but with the engine out of the heli, evrything is smooth as glass, yet with the engine installed, every thing tends to bind up and the engine is rotated.I have tried 3 different fans, clutches, and start shaft variaties.

I cant get rid of this vibe, and Im out of ideas.
I have spent enough time and money on this thing. Im getting very irritated.
Help?

I seriously doubt that the engine is bent in any way.

If the heli is oscillating, I am guessing that the head speed is already too low.

Foaming fuel tells you to check the clutch shaft for run out or possible bent tail rotor output shaft.

Maybe the head speed is too high and the pitch is too low causing the foaming.

So here we go

What are your pitch settings?
What are your throttle settings?
What is your head speed?
Have you contacted the ground in any way that may have bent something?
