just wondering what the downsides are when using the green paddles and the red dampners. I dont want to loose the nice flight characteristic but i want more action.

You should be more careful in windy conditions with green (or white) paddles.
And red dampners are not recomended in a plastic head.

If you upgrade to the metal head and use Infinavation Dampers and the red lightweight Thunder Tiger paddles it will have very nice flight characteristics and fast cyclic responce.

The plastic head will take the hard dampeners though I'm not sure I'd run infinivations in one. Keep an eye out for slop if you start hammering on it or running at a high head speed or it will start rocking back and forth on the main shaft.

it will be more responsive but the nose may pitch up or down in fast forward flight.

If you use the Infinavation Dampers you must use a metal head. The hard plastic part of the damper will fracture the plastic head under high stress manuvers. I have and several of my friends have used the Thunder Tiger red dampers in the stock plastic head with no problems.

I use the red dampeners and green paddles on my 30 with a plastic head... I do a lot of FFF, autos, etc although I don't flip it around like my Titan.
