Couple questions from a new Phoenix owner

I just installed Phoenix and updated it to the newst version, set my DX7 up and it flies fine. I used the default DX7 that is in the program but when I try to make my own custom transmitter it can't get the heli to fo anything. I set the name and did the whole calibration and after its finished the heli just sits there. I have no idea what I am doing wrong? Also if I select the night scene how do I get the heli with the night blades?

I use the DX7, have never tried to do a "custom" controller, not sure why you would need to.

As far as the night flying the only heli is the buzzard nightfly.

I don't really need to...just don't know why it won't let me. As far as the night flying goes I hope they come out with a Trex600 night heli.
