Anyone try these yet?

I read somewhere someone said you can to one or the other (top or bottom) but both is unflyable.

right now I have the top only installed with the white stiff blades from helihobby (bottoms are sold out) it is flyable but very aggressive, I thought it would make it easier to fly in the wind but this thing is just too light for the wind.

Anyways, would like to hear your thoughts and experiences/advice on these things. I kind of like them makes it more touchy harder to fly so it helps train my reflexes but then again I loose the relaxed flight feeling hehehe

I do have a carbon tail boom and the longer inner/outer shafts with the shorter flybar. I did not notice much differrence with these upgrades like I thought I would until I added the blade grips.

Any thoughts, experiences, advice is much appreciated. My CP pro is down until my new tail motor gets here so its time to tweak/upgrade the CX2.

They add so much weight that the increase in durability is canceled out by the shorter flight times. They are also hard to adjust for good flight when upper and lower are installed. The stock ones are what I use now, been on the same set of blades for 6 months now. Practice makes you crash less.

Okay Carlo, thanks for the input didnt know if it was just me or not. I was just trying to make it have better handling in wind, I am with you sticking with the stock blades. Thanks

as i said in other thread, I'm in agreement... you can buy a big pile o' blades, and a really nice screwdriver for swapping them in, for the price of the "upgrades."

and if you fly more and fart around trying to exorcize the upgrade demons, you'll stop crashing (unless you get bored and therefore tricky) and max out the co-ax challenge.

so the trick to achieve more response flight is to play with the flybar weights, makes sense dont know why I did not think of it wasnt that flying 101 lesson hehehe

still and will be a noob here for a while, my cp pro (which I only hover) is down for now and was just trying to get more out of the cx. I will play with the flybar weights, thanks.
