View Full Version : Weird DX7 Display Glitch

My DX7 was working fine. I had switched it on and off several times between flights. But then, I turned it on and everything in the display was BACKWORDS! - like I would need to hold it up to a mirror to make it look normal. (I turned it off, then on again, and it was fine.) Has this ever happened to anyone else?

Yes. Backward and/or Upside down display has been seen. Clears on next power cycle. Speculation has it that the LCD panel occasionally doesn't init properly. Verified to NOT affect flight control. Nothing to worry about (as long as it clears on power cycle).

I think I would freak out if my display came on upside down. But then again, maybe that would be a sign to fly inverted ? :rolling
