I have a question:
My model is:
Mini Titan
- Neu motor 1107-2,5Y (pinion 13T) Headspeed 3000 rpm
- FlightPower Evo25 4S 1800
- Phoenix 45
- Bec 6V
- 3 x Hs65HB
- CSM SL630 with Futaba S9650
- DX7 with AR6200
- SAB 325
With rapid changes of pitch, the tail turns slightly to the right (about 10 °)
I entered high gain values ; With increased begins to oscillate.
How can I fix this problem.
The servo S9257 (fed with stepdowv 5.2V) can improve?
It is necessary to replace parts of the tail plastic with aluminum?
Other suggestions?

Try changing the distance of the ball from the centre of the tail servo horn.

If you decrease and increase your gyro limits, this gives more resolution to the servo.
If you ncrease the distance and decrease your limits, this gives the servo more speed.
You probably need the speed. What is yours set at now?

The distance of the ball from the center of the servo is 10 mm.

Hi Enrico,
Everything looks OK to me, but Just one set-up tip:
In your photograph of the tail servo i see you have the servo hanging down with the servo arm pointed to the right side of the heli.
You also have the tail rod guides installed.
When the servo reaches its limits the chance that the rod will bind in the guides is much bigger than when you install the servo on it's side.
If you install it on it's side the rod will move up and down when the servo rotates, the guides are designed to work with a rod going up and down, not from left to right.
See my servo in the attached photo.

Ok, tomorrow I will try with a servo rotated.
It seems to me that there are no hard points in the movement.
