Advise on choosing a futaba RX

Hi guys I need some advice on choosing some electronic stuff for my knight sport.
I have a Futaba 6CH 6EXHP radio and R146IP RX. This is only has 6 channels, if I use a Gyro with remote gain control this will not give me an opening for the RX battery.
Can anyone recommend an affordable (on a tight budget) PCM Futaba RX or workable solution to this problem? I’m assuming that you need to match TX and RX manufacturer.

I'm also wondering if anyone can recommend a Tail servo that will match/work well with a Telebee 302 Gyro

The 146iP is a shorter range, single conversion park flyer reciever.

You can Y harness the battery to any servo slot, I would do the gyro gain. Infact you can remove the black and red wires from the battery connector and insert them into the gyro gain connector, either way.

I'd get a full range reciever though.
