I have not been able to get thr hold on the correct switch on my DX7. Have only got it to work on the AUX2. Have anyone else got the correct setup for thr hold?

I just used the same setup I used for my real heli's model. The switch itself will not be registered by the sim, but the drop in the throttle channel level will be recognized by the sim.

I have also set it up as I have on my "non-virtual" heli, and I can see in the sim graphics that the thr drops when I use thr hold. But when I fly it does not make any difference in what position I have the thr hold switch.

The only suggestion I can make is to go back into the sim's calibration screen and make sure you have all your channel assignments correct. If the calibration screen is saying that the throttle is dropping when you hit throttle hold, it should be reflected in the behavior of the simulated heli.

This WAS driving me nuts... but I figured it out... I now have my flightmode switch working, and my throttle hold working for the sim

This is what I had to do.

Power up the DX7 for ACCESS.

In the [INPUT SELECT] Menu, set AUX2 to F.MOD, and set GEAR to GYRO

Then press ACCESS, the press ACCESS again, in the [GYRO SENS] menu, Select RUDD D/R and set 0: 0%, and 1: 100%.

They should show up fine in calibration now!!
ENJOY
