Greetings:

A quick e-mail by Nick would have gone a long way in smoothing over the transaction. I always put myself in the position of the buyer and always send e-mails almost daily during a transaction until the transaction is over then I always thank the person for buying from me or offering me the good deal that I bought.

The heli group in general, is a honest and helpful group of people. There is no room for crooks and thief's. That group apparently belongs in politics's!

Seems he will never change. I just don't understand why some don't do some research on the forums before buying from someone else. All it would take is a post asking what kind of experience to expect about buying from the person.
As for being a rep for a company. Just my opinion, he just says he is a rep. I know for a fact that he has stated he was a rep for another company. They didn't even know who he was. That is one of the problems with some kids, they like to make themselves out to be something they are not.

We used to be able to talk about him on RCG.....couple of us have been given warnings with no chance to edit. It's lame....but not quite as lame as this tool. Sometime...somewhere....he will surely get what is coming to him. And it wont be another payment from someone he has scammed!! :wow2:

The person started the above thread for those that have been scammed by the punk. Those that have been scammed are invited by the poster to include any data so that the poster can include that data in his criminal complaint to the Redding PD.

He seems to be sorry an awful lot for someone who hasn't changed. I say notify the redding ca police. If they get a complaint on him every week then I'm sure they'll take him in. I don't understand where the hard part is. If you have an item for sale, send it when you get paid. If you don't have the item, don't sell it. If you sold it and don't have the item, give back the money. What is this kids problem? It's bad enough you could kick a football through his snaggle teeth.
