I have a 3s lipo bat (1250mah) that was discharged to about 3.5v/per cell or 10.5v. When I charged the battery, more than 200+ mah above 1250mah was put back into the battery. However, the battery was not even warm. Is this ok for a charger to put more mah back into the battery? The charger I use is the Accu-Cycke Elite with astro-blinky for balancing.

The Astro Blinky balances by drawing current from the higher voltage cells, so if the pack had any significant imbalance during the charging, you should see more power going in than came out.

So you are saying because of the blinky, I am seeing more mah put in??

The Blinky probably still discharged some as you charged to keep teh cells in balance. But yes, with a discharging balancer, you will always show more going back into the pack than you actually took out.
Never saw one take more than the pack capacity though. May just be a mistake on the pack label and what they made. Normally 80% is about 3.3 volts per cell under load.
