Maryland Helicopter Association Fun fly June 3-5, 2005

Well since the fun fly was brought up in another thread and I don't know how often Wayne H gets over to HeliFreak I thought I would start the tread for this years MHA fun Fly.

There will be a lot of local Talent: Chuckie, Beast, Wattybotts, White Chocolate and more.

Also Todd Bennett and Jason Krause will be at the event (hopefully with there new Synergy Helicopter)

TB and JK will also be giving 2 separate Freestyle3D classes before the Fun Fly starts (class #1 will be on 30/31 May) (Class #2 will be on 1/2 June). We are limiting the classes to 10 students per class (MAX) and trying to get the "out-of-towners" in the 2nd class. as of today I think there are 5 or 6 total slots still open. As I am the "POC" PM or E-mail me for more info on the class if you are interested.

I also have heard rumors of someone with the intials of A.S. Jr. might show up...please don't quote me on that as I have not heard if from the "horses mouth" yet...I am just going on some normally very accurate "hearsay".

Weather just keeps looking better all the time! Things are already in progress out in Maryland, Todd Bennett and Jason Krause arrived on Sunday evening and are teaching two Freestyle 3D classes this week. Weather is perfect today for day 2 of the first class.

Think Will and Old Man Akins will be arriving late this week...I think I have heard that some more freaks as in Matt, Eric, and a few more are headed up also...Although I hear H to the C is gong on vacation...Oh well....we will miss the horn!

Will...yes there is a Hooters about 10 minutes from my house (not that I would ever go to one of those places Robin!)...But...no golden Corral for the "low rent browsing"

See you all there in a few...man, I think I still might call up Beast and have him show up at my place at Midnight Thursday and we will just go drive around for 8hrs or so...don't remember what it is like to not drive 6 or 8 hrs and then fly all day!
