I have a favor to ask. I have to do some repair. I'm not sure if I have everything, supply/tool wise, to do what I need to. I have to replace a main shaft, tail shaft, check all bearings, flybar, etc. If someone doesn't mind, bring the shop! I have to fly. I haven't flown in a month! :oops: I have to get this thing going.
If anyone has an extra clutch liner, I will buy it.
Clint-bring Ray's parts, or Ray, for that matter :lol: . I may need more depending on what I find when I get her apart.

tapeworm, There is a hotel just about 5 minutes or so from the field. I think it's the holiday in Express. I stayed there last year, I think it's on exit 27 hway 81. this year we camp :D Alan

I had a great time there as well, I learned alot more stuff to help me with my raptors. My kids were kinda a handful for me but they loved the camping part. It was nice to see you guys and meet some new as well.. Thanx for a great event. Alan

You know, these invasions are great! Enough people to really have a lot of fun and see some outstanding flying, but not so many that you can't meet and get to know everyone.
Another first for me was the night flying and, man, was that ever cool. Had only seen night flying in video's and, although really sorry to see Shannon crash, it was still way cool!!!
And, the flying field was the field from heaven.....beautiful!!!

Had a GREAT time. A big thanks to all the good people at Black Sheep their hospitality. Especially to Steve and his wife for providing food on Saturday, that got to be the best hamburger I had in a while.
