I had to set my end point adjustment to 125% to get +10-10, am I doing something wrong or is this the way to do it ?

The other way would be to go out one hole farther on the servo horn (or if using a pull-pull you could go in one hole on the intermediate horn) to give you more travel. Also, you're on the forward hole on the collective arm right?
