So are you still flying these?
How is battery draw compared to the Radix and Rotortech 600/610 blades?
Thanks

Yep still flying them but on my 600N.
Others that are flying them on E helis I dont think they really noticed any battery draw changes but like the way they feel.

we should have reviews of the blades in one of the first few issues of the usual mags. I know Mark Fadely is doing a review of them for MA, and the editor of MA is doing a reveiw for his column slated for March. Also, RC Helicopter is doing a review for their Spring issue. And, i *think* RCHeli has a set for review. But, i havent heard back from them yet.

Sorry, but I don't place much faith in the mag reviews... they are usually all advertisements.
Plus... it's hard to order a heli mag to Afghanistan and I was hoping to have all the stuff to put the 600E together waiting for me when I get home... for when the wife is tired.;)
I was hoping to see more about these blades on the forums but there is remarkably little... the SWE blades as well.

The blades are new and thus not many using them yet....
If you trust me I will tell you YOU WONT go wrong with these....
I don;t like reccomending a product but since your over there..... I would say GO FOR IT... I will let you kick my arse later (when you get home) if you hate them but I doubt you will ;)

Just curious Finless, these blades are really cheap here compared to other brands in Singapore and im likely to try one set out since you reccommend them so much. However how do these blades compare to other big names like Vblades and radix in areas such as:
-auto performance
-responsiveness/snappy-ness
-overall cyclic speed
-whether it loads up the engine a lot
Im currently using Radix and the autos are awesome but i felt they were not as responsive and I'd like.

In my opinion they are like a mix between v-blades and radix.... Snappier and quicker on cyclic than radix but not as snappy as v-blades, and radix autos better also but not by much...
A buddy filmed me this summer with these on my 600e :http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jF7fpAOSWcs
I am not a very good 3d pilot, but I'm trying :)

Well, you're no Manny Lalo :YeaBaby:, but you're loads better than me.
And you get 11 bonus points for the Stevie Ray Vaughan soundtrack.
-2 points for exposure control. :(
