Hi Guys

Got my hands on this great little Titanium frame for my shogun from a very good frined who had never assembled it. He also got it from someone else who also had never flown it. So after gathering all fasteners, I'm now just waiting on a few parts to arrive and i will start the conversion of my old plastic frame.

Does anyone recognise where it was from i am very curious as to who it was manufactured by?

It has some great machined parts like the servo / receiver mount and the one piece base plate.

The motor / boom mount is also very nicely done.

Cant wait for my other parts to arrive so i can get her in the air.

Thanks all

That's pretty nice. I wouldn't mind knowing where to get that, as the Shogun and my Falcon 3D is pretty much the same thing, especially the frame and head.

Hi Jason

Unfortunatley the original manufacture didnt reall get of the ground. It turns out thease frames are pretty rare no many made.

I asked about this frame over on RCG and got more response over there so check out my thread http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=771716

cheers

The rather generous donator of this frame is now realising the antique/rarity value and would like to request payment! Roti Canai and Teh Tarik owed!!!

I really like the red strips on both the main blades and the paddles.

It looks good in the photos.

Red stripes very easy to do with a bit of masking tape and a sharpe knife.

All you have to make sure is that what ever paint you are using is compatible with the material of your blades.

small amount of work and big impact

For me it made flying easier as i can now see the rotot disk very clearly.

try it out
