Does the Tempest kit come with the bottom plate for OS PS engine?

Yes the Tempest comes with the bottom plate that will fit the OS Cspec PS.
All the Fury style kits are suppose to come with that bottom plate. Not sure if they are in the Extreme or Expert kits yet.
