Oh, and RC Accessory, is there any news on your balance plug adapter? Are you doing Align/AT, FP/TP/KP, or both?
TIA,
John
Still waiting for the board prototypes. We will have TP, PQ, and Align for sure. Maybe Kokam.

So is it possible to charge two 3s parallel with a charger that has a built in balancer, like the Cellpro 4s?
If I can use my 450 packs with 500, its makes it a lot easier to afford!

Only if they were discharged together as 3s2p. Much better to just get another Cellpro4 as this will be safer and twice as fast. Given they are on sale this week for $60 with code SP120607 placed in the Comments section of the online order form seems a no-brainer to me. Safe, simple, fast, easy and cheap.
Just remember that you *must* disconnect the two packs from the series harness used to make them 6s1p for flying *before* connecting them to the two chargers, otherwise you will short one out and probably start a fire.

I alread own two Cellpro 4s.... I thought people where recommend chargin them parralel if they where used together, but if it is ok to just charge them seperate and fly them together, then thats great. Whatever keeps me flying without buying!

Assuming you are going to fly 2 x 3s1p packs in series as 6s1p then for the best outcome they should be the same brand/model/capacity/age/no_of_cycles. Charging them separately will be fine and will let you monitor their individual recharge mAh so you can tell if one or the other is suffering or exceeding the 80% rule, something you couldn't do if you charged them in parallel.
If run as 3s2p some would argue they should be charged that way as well to ensure cell balance across the packs but using a good quality charger like the Cellpro4s I would be happy to charge them separately myself.
