So, I bought a dx7/6200 reciever & without the servos because I have my own (servos). Anyway, I thought okay good deal I'll get that package. I've never had any experience with dx7 mind you. So I order it online and get it in less than a week. Long story short...I open the box and there is no switch harness or batt. pack for the receiver. I had no idea that those items were needed for binding until after reading the manual. They look to have 3 wires and my previous equipment only has 2. What can I do at this point? Do I need to buy the 15 buck harness and the 25 dollar batt pack? I have a batt. pack from my Airtronics reciver but it only has two wires. Bummed out....

By-the-way...the place that I purchased it from did not have any warning or suggestions that if you buy that package w/o the servos that you didn't get the switch or batt. Any suggestions?

I figured it out. It turns out that you can just plug the binding jumper into the RX directly with any 2 wire batt. pack pluged into another channel. My setup is bound and I'm little wiser...I just wanted to share with newcomers/&others. :)

I just grab a spare ESC and a battery pack. That way I don't have to keep an Rx pack charged. :)
