Servo speed

Hi. I am building a scale bird.
What can I use to slow down the servo from .15/sec to .45/sec or .75/sec.
The retracts come up and down too fast.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I have the servos on the gear switch.
When the heli takes off and lands the gyro has to be in rate mode.
I'm running Helitronix mixer and Futaba GY352 dual axis gyro.
The head_ two blades flybraless.

there are some devises out there. I think electronic model systems may have an inline thing to slow em down.
