This is one of the many safety features of the Bantam chargers.
Assuming you do not discharge below 80%, set the capacity cut off at 80% of the rated capacity of the pack. Since your pack is 4400, 80% would be 3520.
If you do over discharge the pack, you'll know because the charger will terminate the charge when the 3520 or actual value you set is hit. The message will be capacity.
Same goes for the safety timer. If the safety timer is reached before the charge is complete, it will say Time.
Using these features will help you maintain your batteries as you'll know what you are doing to them as well as being great safety features.

I finally used my BC6 today to charge a LiPo. It was the first time I played with LiPo and I was a little intimidated at first. The BC6 was fairly easy to use and dare I say "fun?"
Is the Capacity Cut-Off a global feature? By that I mean, the setting applies to all charge programs. Can I set more than one Cut-Off setting? For example, if I have several different battery sizes, it would be nice to save the safety feature for each of the Save Data program. I guess my question also applies to the Safety timer.

All functions in the User Setup are global. Glad you like it. :)

Man you must lead a boring life when charging is "fun", but your gonna love your BC-6, it's kinda like somthing from RONCO, just set it... well you get the point.
The only improvement that I would require from the BC-6 would be higher power, I'd like to be able to charge 6S at 5 amps.
