I just assembled a biplane Yak and when I powered it up the thrust was backwards. So, I reversed the propeller. I thought for sure that it would have resulted in forward thrust. But, no, the thrust is still backwards. Can someone please explain why?

All turning the prop around does is mess up the airfoil shape ..... the pitch is still in the same direction.

Put the prop back on with the labels facing forward, and simply switch any two of the three wires from the ESC to the motor to make it run in the right direction.

Thank you. I'll do that.

Thank you. I'll do that.

Check the instructions that came with your controller, sometimes you can program them to reverse.

Thanks guys. I switched 2 wires and the thrust direction is now correct. Now I am having trouble securing the pushrods to the aileron horns. The horns are tiny. They are too small to pass the rods through. I tried gluing the rods on with CA and with epoxy. Both snapped off. This is my first effort at a plane. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
