Some of you may have seen this on runryder already as I posted there earlier today but for the others, this weekend I got to watch the maiden flight of a new scale offering from AirStar International. Obviously a Hughes 500, this fuse is from a brand new airstar mold. I'm told these will be offered soon with both the belt driven Evolution mechanics with a G260RC motor, and the Jetcopter mechanics. As it is right now it has 850mm blades, I know a 5-blade head is in the works I'm not sure what will be the details then. Anyhow here are a couple videos of the maiden of the very first one.
I'm told that this year there will be a lot of concentration on large scale projects at ASI.

Yes the videos are promo-ish, but I didn't bring my camera so its all I have to show. The side doors are still off in the video and there are no close up shots. Lots of details in this thing though, hinges, panel lines, rivets. Its very cool.
