View Full Version : TST V-Blades Customer Service?

Each of my TST V-Blades has an embedded "V-Blades" label. This is not just a surface mounted label but actually part of the blade. The top layer of one of the labels came off causing an open exposed area where the blade could start to fray and unravel. I've e-mailed V-Blade twice with no response. What kind of company is this? Are they flakes with no customer service and don't back their products?

Try a good old fashioned phone call, I had a set of blades that were shaking....called them up and they told me to send them in. Couple of weeks later I got our blades back, no problems.

No they're not flakes - they're probably too busy making blades to answer your email..
call em up.

They have been experiencing email issues. Please call the number on the site. They're in the process of changing their email address as their ISP has had issues for a while now and they're not receiving all emails.
