Balancing plug

Just picked up two Kong Power 3s 2200 and the Tenergy charger from Ready Heli. Seems like a good deal, but I'm a noob. Also have the Align 3s 2100 that came with my 450SE. How do I know if the balancing plug is wired correctly for each battery? The positive lead (red) is on the same end of the plug, but no other colors match :(

All your balance plugs on your batteries are Align style.

They should plug right in. Use the 3s port and see if it works. I would just plug the Align battery in first and see what happens. I doubt anything will happen. They should work fine.
