Just built ny first raptor 30 V2 and getting the new O.S. .37 SZ-H ringed. Could someone recomend a muffler for this engine that will fit great on my new heli? I am just starting out so i don't think that i need an expencive one.

Century torpedo muffler works good, just use RED locktite on the 'extra' pressure tap fitting.
Will pull good, and when rich, will come on-off pipe until you get it close to right.
good power, and decent muffler...about $50

I would try the Toki40H my self. It has kind of a pingy tone but makes excellent power. The Hatori SB-6rs or 415 (same pipe) are said to be the best but I have not tried it.
I currently fly the MP2 and it kicks but is pretty loud. Hope this helps.

Muscle pipe 2 would be a good choice. :)

Muscle pipe now comes in a quiet version, it has an extra baffle and is supposed to be as quiet as a muffler. Just fitted mine and am eagerly awaiting a session tomorrow...

I have had both the original Mp2 and the new quiet version. The quiet version is quieter, but not by that much. :)

The Mavrikk MVPV0102 muffler works outstanding. $27 @ Heliproz. Great power all the way through and hard to beat the price.

Also, check out the CF G4 Pro blades. They fly awesomely! If you want to spend just a little less the Mavrikk CF G4 Std baldes are very good baldes!
