Open "My Computer" then double click on the CD icon. If that does't start the autoplay, but opens a window instead showing you the files, look for a file labeled Setup application, or something of that nature.

install a decent version of windows...alternately throw the thing out the window and get a mac...it's probebly much easier to get it to work that way ;)

Does your DVD/CD drive show up at all? Does the drive spins when you put in a disk. If not, it's maybe time for a new drive. You may want to check the power & data cable to the drive(make sure the power is off).

Is G3.5 compatible with both Vista 32 and 64 bits versions?

Sounds like your DVD drive is up the swanny rather than Windows or the Sim.

:OK
Vista will be OK after a few service packs. I know people who still use Win2000, because they heard there were bugs in XP ... in 1999.
If OSX is so good why do people boot in Windows mode to play games?:flamesuit
I have computers running OSX, XP and Vista. Well, actually I have at least three computers running XP... no four.. oh .. I give up on the counting. There's always another tucked away somewhere.

I use G4 on Windows Vista Home premium 64 bits without a problem.
