I've got an e-Station BC6 with a Thunder Power/Flight Power adapter.
The adapter provides 4 pins (2-3 cells), 6 pins (4-8 cells) and 6 pins (4-5 cells).
1. How do you connect a 6S battery to the connector?
2. How could I connect two 3S batteries to the connector?

Thanks for the answer.
I don't own an FP/TP 6S pack yet. Do they always come with two connectors?
So I don't need an additional adapter for two 3S packs. I can plug one of them into the 4 pin socket and the other one into the 6 pin socket (4-8 cells). But where exactly goes the second 4 pin connector into the 6 pin socket?

You can't do 2 3S packs. The TP/FP pack will have a 4 pin and a 6 pin connector. They both plug into the board.

You can charge+balance 2 x 3S packs with a BC6 and the FP/TP adapter. The photo shows how the batteries are connected to the adapter.

In order to avoid short-circuiting, connect the batteries as shown in this picture!
