Huh? Who told you to do this? WTH?

Bob

Do a search on 91 C spec and there is a lot of peeps that are shimming them, up to 18 thou. this is with %30 fuel.

Jim, the airbubbles were from a hole in the line that comes off the pump to the fuel inlet, worst place to have it happen. It might have been like that or it might of been from this last rebuild? Either way, I've got it under control and have an eye on it also.

I bought a new control valve that is supposed to fix the lean low and mid condition so I can lean out the high end. Gotta break in the top end again though. :(

I'll get it sorted. Ran great until I tuned for power, then I found the problems with the carburation.

I've also eliminated a lot of places that could do this, for one I got rid of the zip ties at the connections and use an extra piece of fuel tubing over the line and I'm replacing the JR "T"s that have the O ring and filter with "T:s that don't have an O ring at all.

I'm eliminating any chance for air to get in there, period.

BTW bullseye1... you notice your now in a Finless video ;)

Check my forum dude....

It take someone that STICKS with it and listens to feedback from others (not LIE about what they can do) to actually be at a decent level that I will actually film it.... Mikey... You have gotten pretty good man... Your still a wild man sometimes but you got to a "props" level with me because your now flying SAFE and understand what safe flying is about... We all loose it sometimes but I know you understand the difference now man!

Guys so you know this man will hit HOLD faster than anyne I know! FOR SAFETY and his heli.... I commend him for that really I do...

KUDOS......

Me either. Not saying it's bad or anything, it just doesn't do anything for me.

A Trex600N, now that is a different story, perfect for saving a bit on fuel and still having a stable Heli.

The 600N is next on my shopping list, getting tired of buying big packs for the 600E.

My exact thoughts on the matter too. I want a Trex 600N next. I was considering a 500 electric and running A123 but I love the smell of nitro, I love the smoke, I love the mechanics of a nitro.

I have the 450 helis for electric and I think until the price for batteries drops dramatically I will trade the power to weight ratio for a nice nitro. Not like I would be running a 10S to make the difference anyway. pfft.

Ummm the power to weight ratio of a 500 heli is not even CLOSE to the 600N man..... Don't get me wrong.. All these guys see me LOVE my 600N but the Trex500 is just plain a KILLER on disk loading like no other! Snooze and you just WONT know.... BUT the 600N is a HELL of a lot of fun so either way you go... you will like it I think :)

So when you com'in down to see us all?
We don't do FUNFLYs as every day is a fun fly :YeaBaby:
No PLANS just fun.....

Heya Logo flyers!

So that Logo I'm getting has that CC60, and I'm worried about that, and want to fly at Irvine this weekend.

Would an Align 75A ESC get me through till I can afford the Kontronik? I can pick up a relatively low use 75A esc for a pretty good price. Or would the CC60 handle the load of just swooping and flipping, no mad 3dzzz, for now?

Soccer is OVER at Arbor and I doubt many will be flying at Irvine now... UNLESS Air-bunghole gets is N9 back flying.... I might even join him as I love my 600N... We shall see but the bottom line is NOW is the summer of Arbor and electrics :)

YOU MUST HAVE AMA and prove you are NOT a risk to fly at Arbor..... Keep that in mind as we will be trying to be safer this year. In fact I have submitted paper work to the AMA to get the park sanctioned as a AMA "park flyer" site... It's easier than I thought!

You have to prove you are safe or not leave your comfort zone right? I don't try mad 3Dz in front of people. I just cruise. I can fly nose in, do slow or fast circles and etc but I don't do anything I haven't done a million times already. I might even just do lazy figure 8 if I am not feeling it. Sometimes I don't feel it and I just hover. If I am not convinced my setup is good and etc..

I am still working on that pucker factor with 3D. I can flip and roll of course but I will not try it at Arbor if it could get me banned from Arbor that would suck.

What I like about Arbor is that when the soccer players finally go into hibernation, it's a VERY big field. You can make sure you are very far away from spectators when you try something new, and be sure that you'll have the time to recover or ditch it before you ever put somebody else in danger.

At least if you use the size of the field intelligently. :)

+1, whenever i was at AP, i start from middle of the field. and fly from there toward the farm . whenever my heli go pass my back , i bring her back right away up front, even i am middle of the field.

i learned my lesson year ago when my 600 inverted all over parking, Finless/Fireup many veteran were there, they kick my butts real hard :bawl, but all have to take like a man, learn from mistake and make this hobby better.
