so should i go 4x6 or 5x5 on the prop? i dont need it to be stupid fast, as im used to flying it without a motor at all. btw, ill probably just use my FP evo25 packs, and maybe my prolite (if it can handle the amps) if that makes a difference on prop size (im a heli guy, planks are dark magic to me for the most part. funny eh?)

oh, and what hobby shops around there would have said prop adapter and props?

4 x6 or 5x5 there no much different . props adapter sell everywhere,, if you fly at AP you can get it from 3 degree hobby or RobRC .

I wouldn't mind trying a foamy one of these days. After I destroyed a killer Yak 54 I had, I think its best to stick with heli's, they are soo much easier to fly!! :)

i think i will find something slower ,, this funjet doing 120mph make my hand shaking ,,, well it so fun when it in air,, but when it crash.. too many pieces to count...

3d and pattern planes work best, they can be flown slow and are more fun that zooming around looking for a landing spot at 100mph. i have had 2 wing type planes and hated them both, i like flying with moment arm = to wing span.

Vic, you should get a T-28 like mine, man. Great fun, and not so fast you can't relax while flying. You can use those flightpowers with it and your spektrum. 139.99 for the plug and play, just add battery and receiver and go. Nice break for the nerves between heli batteries!

That's not mine, but that's the plane. Comes with 2 digital, 2 analog servos, steerable nose gear, brushless 960kv 480 outrunner, and 25 amp esc. Not bad for 139.99.

Man, I need a full foamy, literally. One that I can bang hard into the ground, and still fly it afterwards. :)

Aox I totally agree, those T-28's are great for the price. 2 of my buddies at work have them and love them. One guy just slammed his hard about a week ago and had it all back together quickly and cheaply. Another guy at work is talking about getting and for the price you can't go wrong, I've even considering getting one.

You said it best when you said its something to fly between Heli flights to calm the nerves.

Airboss, I'm hoping to make it out tomorrow.

mount a motor to a boogie board, thats the only thing that will survive you stickbangers.

i dont think i wanna see airboss doing a lap dance period. even if it is with a plane

back on topic, i think it would be awesome if you could make a flying boogie board. it would probably fly like crap, but it would be awesome in a geeky sort of way. kinda like the flying lawnmower or the snoopy doghouse

Yeah dude we were out there 15mph +. very cold. had a blast only 3 guys . one totalled 600, one banged up logo 10. wind caught em off gaurd.great flying my logo500 handles the wind great, and so does the 600, the N9 kicks ass no matter what... looks like i will be getting another 90.. maybe a blitz-avro.... hey bry it wont fly as a pusher, not enough airflow over the limited control surface.

fair enough. take it easy in the wind, its no good crashing a heli.

in better news, i found a loaner ESC (jeti master 40) so i can use my JGF motor over the break. that means either 1. my heli will still have power if i get it back in one piece or 2. my stryker is gonna haul ass :YeaBaby: low, you better be scared if we're gonna be dogfighting :nanabobo

just done dust tape and glue up my fun-jet Bryguy, it look like silver-surfer :) .. my last nose down crash, the AR6100 is crush, also the lipo pack. i just done replace with new AR6100e (horizon servos mount) , i don't think your F27 can do faster than my funjet :). I also got my F-27 modded with dual Dusted-Fan (take off my my Gws A-10) it got only brushed 340 motor, but it look kick ass F27. however , i don't have ESC and RX for it yet.

Airboss , i went AP today but soccer game and the wind.. no fly today. look like Mike got a bad day huh :(

I am running short on lipo now since 2 packs crush in crash ,, Right now all i got 4 packs 3s to share trex 450 and funjet, only 1 packs 6s for my 600 :( .. gotcha to call Tommies for some extra packs.
