Man, arbor park is going to be deserted. I am kinda tired of having the biggest heli out there. No one seems to be flying the 600's anymore at AP. there are too many 500's

I had the whole place to myself and so I did the maiden myself. Weird thing was it flew better without power. It would float perfectly still when pointed at the wind with zero input

dont sweat it , that was a disposable airplane anyway. all foamies end up like that. I think I mentioned something about not flying on windy days, anyhting over 5mph . I cant tell you how many foamies I destroyed in 30 minutes or less. get that rex outa the box and put it together, then we will take a look and make it work.

Great turn out... Both mine came home in one piece. Proabably had about 20 guys out there maybe more. Got to put faces with names, and MIKE saved my multigov from being smashed against the wall. Once we figured it out, it went like a charm...

Highlights:

Watching CHOW fly a whole tank of fuel without removing his left thumb from the left side of the rudder stick. The only time he did was to reverse piro in piroflip possibly because his thumb was cramping due to constant pirouetting. KILLER ! and a super nice dude to boot....

Watching Tom pucker with JC doing eye level piro with OPH (other peoples heli) TOM, tell us truly, how bad were you puckered watching that JR wristwatch come inches away from the deck ?

Me heckling finless for having PLANK stuff in his flight box... He tried to pass off a 15x6 APC for a replacement rotor for a fixed pitch honeybee.... I aint buyin it !

Mikes whirly bird really whirling..... first on the ground when we discovered Kasama grips go on just like the align ones... But after that ....... WHOLY COW !!! TREX 600N BALCO INDUSTRIES edition (steroid company) It literally was so pretty, but yet so powerful... Kind of like Pam Anderson on roids.

Long..... synergy psycho... Many good ones, but one stuck out in my mind.... LOW AND SMOOTH... I think I saw a gopher duck !

Thanks for having us out! it was a great day, felt good to fly again. boy was i rusty. OC guys rock! everyone was very chill, the field was awesome and I myself had a good time. toro, thanks for the tail blades, those will be compensated back to you soon. i got to fly quiet a bit of different helicopters surprisingly, kevins flybarless 500, tommy's jr vibe 90, roberts modified mini-titan. man bob was throwing all these jokes out that i couldn't stop laughing. the weather was great though the wind was on and off. overall, i had a great time, thanks for having us out. :thumbup:

Great day today. I'm sunburnt, tired, happy and refillin batteries.

Was great to meet Toro, and Jason, and see the rest of the crew. Good to see Finless and Don as well, today.

Having Jason fly my MiniTitan was pretty cool, seeing it flown far beyond my skill level tells me my setup is tight, and motivates the hell out of me.

May go up to Arbor tomorrow, but sounds like I'm gonna HAVE to go by OCMA and fly a couple packs so I can take Mike's badge to him :D
