Burned tons of KEROSINE !! got lots of flying in both heli, and Plank (286mph on the gun) Composite Arf Flash out of 2000' split S.... Night heli needs repair due to 3 cent plastic part. Will elaborate soon.

BAD DAY, first fight tail spin out crazy, second flight , tail servo death. 3 flight belt snap. 4th flight , tail shaft bend :(. Go AP 9 am spend all day repair heli, 3pm, I gave up, pack everything and go home.

What gear ratio are you using, and what engine?

I love the way my Raptor 90 is flying, it's way more than I can really use but I love it and I'm getting used to it, lots of power and the Heli loves it. :smokin:

The Eastside boys dominated the field again! Too bad I couldn't make it down to see Long and his crazy 3D. May be next weekend after fixing the 450. I crashed this morning and bent the main shaft plus broke other parts on the head. This learning curve is hurting my pocket book.

Well I gotta say the West side of the club rocked today!

I freakin FINALLY started getting REAL comfortable with my backwards inverted. Many of you know I have been working on that for a LONG time. Well today it started clickin man.. And clickin FAST.... Got better at it every flight. I had a REAL bad spot on my right coming around backwards inverted. It's MUCH better now. I am hoping in a few more weeks to have the backwards inverted fast hurricanes going! Then gotta work on REAL snakes... Not that tail in stuff :)

We had quite a crowd at arbor enough so that for about an hour or so we had to line up helis to get in line to fly!
MAN some of the guys out there are getting good too.... Duke is getting WAY better and that kid (don't know his handle here on HF) that has only been flying 7 months is starting to pass Kevin and I...

Needless to say the West side had a BLAST today!

I wont be flying at all next weekend as it is my Wife and I's 25th anniversary but for sure the following weekend I gotta do some nitro at OCMA so East and West can get together again :)

It was a great day for sure. Getting my slow and low down in all orientation and auto's finally "clicked". Had a slight mishap from going inverted on Normal... again.:arggg: Spent about 30 min. looking for a missing custom link, no luck.:mad: Got to fly Bob's Logo500 and did not Taco his pack.:) That thing is light! Can't wait to finish my VBar-Logo500

Thanks to Kevin for helping me get my 600 patched up. He got the front TT drive gear changed out in 12 minutes, He is the master at getting heli's flying again.

I guess I need to learn to go the other way on my backwards maneuvers, I'll get them down soon.
Oh yeah, I will grow some ba....-bravery and get an inverted auto down next week.

On my OS 50s I usually end up around 1.25 to 1 turn out from closed on the highspeed, and usually leave the lowspeed at stock.

For break in start somewhere around 2 to 2.5 turns out from closed.

Vibe 50 bild is complete, ordered some of the goodies online, Spartan gyro and Multigov on the way, need to pickup some 8717's Align 2 in 1, Evolight 2500 pack, Ar7000, I have a 9254 installed on the tail and 9253 on the throtle, It should be ready before the weekend.
Canopy needs a paint job.

Make sure you knock that 9253 down to 5.1v also. Govs some time are almost as hard on servos as the tails.
