Whats up Jimbo! I miss u guys too! :YeaBaby: I have had like no stick time for months now. Naw I will never give up R/C! Just been surfing a lot! and with the snow season wrapped, I have a bit more time to do some flying. Glad to see that you have not ONE but TWO Synergy's!! :shock::shock: Thats double the fun for sure! Hope to fly with ya guys real soon! :thumbup:

Good stuff, Rob. I miss hanging with ya. These slimers are a bit knuckle-draggly if you know what I mean. Kinda gets old when you don't "fit in" with your "substandard electics". I'm just jealous I don't have the immediate dosh to buy one, that's probably it...
Crashed my Logo last weekend. Got a new Jazz and was working on programming the gov and the pinion split on me. I autoed somewhat out of a flip and came down hard with a bounce and caught a blade.
Broken pinion chewed the shit out of the main gear. Ordered .7 mod gears now. Got my pinions from FX in 2 days, but they didn't have the main gear. Ordered that from Esprit and they're lagging... Esprit didn't have the 15t .7 mod pinion. Picked up a hardened steel mainshaft to replace the soft stock one.
Fried my MT ESC last weekend too, and I'm a bit frustrated, but have been flying the Trex around my parking lot at work. Working on backwards on the sim, and I'm to the point now where I can do circuits backwards. Workin on that and inverted forward circuits now.
Hope to see ya again soon. Maybe I'll take a drive up your way for a day when I get my two main helis back together. Had a major server crash at work, and I just got it's replacement built. Went from a dual processor Xeon machine to a quad processor quad core machine, so my DBA's are happy with their new toy, but we almost lost key billing and history data, due to bad backups. Bad mojo this week. Was very very scary for a couple of days there. Started smoking cigarettes again after 4 months... bah...
Just frustrated all around, with work and play and missin the heli fun.

Aox, you keep playing the sympathy game, not going to work dude . we all got E helis and my rex is still one of my favorites..Pete you will like the OCMA scene, its pro dude no slackers or planks to bug us. and as far as Synergy goes its not 2, I currently have 3...hehe

wont be flying tomorrow guys, going racing. last round of the ATA series and it includes a BBQ.see you all on sunday and maybe I will take some pictures of the ride.

if you make it out, you can bring your planks the runway is pretty good. Plus I need a plank buddy to teach my how to fly planks again. I went out and got a Yak54 56" that I'm going to power with a 5S and a Scorpion motor. Just need a spotter to coach me for a few flights. Not to mention we have a very cool heli section just for rotors.

Gene I want to fly it..If youbring your Yak( my fav plank) then I will have to bring my FuntanaX 50..I guarantee it will bore you after a few minutes.lol.your left thumb will fall asleep.

thanks jim, when I get it finished I'll bring it out. but since it's been 3 years since the last time I flew fixed wing I'm building and flying a "Simple Stick" it looks like an Ugly Stick just smaller. I don
t want to plow the Yak into the ground because I can't land it.

Oh Man if you guys are bringing the planks out.. I will have the 42% 260 done in another two weeks.. Once the motor is broke in I'll let you guys have a shot at her... You know what they say BIGGER fly's bettter.. Its why I love my 90 and why I am looking for an even bigger helo.. HMM Did somebody say GASSER????
Anybody run those Zippy's in their 450? Man what a steal of a price, gotta stock up if they are as good as they say.

nice plank 42% wow 150cc. that puppy is going to sound like the real thing.. only planks left in my fleet are some nitros converted to E. nothing looks better than a giant ROG.

Crap.... I got "caught" at Rob's.... I was there picking up a 500 for Skiddz....
I AM NOT INFAMOUS man.... just another guy that is into the hobby....
If you come out and fly with us you will see I am just a dude flying (and not that great actually).
I hope to see you out at the field sometime!
I have been many places all over the US at funflys and stuff and this group of guys that fly at Arbor and OCMA are the BEST in the US.... Join us and have fun!

Bob He is cool as hell I remember when I just started with my CP PRO. He help me out a lot:thumbup:
