Jean you sure get up early in the morning. where did you fly today? AP?are you going to SCHC funfly?? all us OC guys should go and show our support for the best heli club in so Cal.... who is going???last event of the year, be there or be a planker.

i was at AP all day today :) . flew both my plank and heli. i crashed my p51d mustang yestesday too much wind. today , with lot of epoxy glued it came back air :) .

don't know about funfly yet.. needs to make up some time for this event.

tried to get a prop to put on my stryker today, but ultimate hobbies doesnt have anything that fits a 3.2mm shaft :confused:

ill take a trip to hobby people at some point.

btw, should i put the jgf 500th on the stryker? it would be awesomely fast :smokin:

thinking of going with the JGF rec'd 5.7/3 or 5.5/2.5 should provide a good bit of zoom without killing the batteries

i was at AP today Airboss, got fun with my plank :) .. get my trex600 out for ****** style mad3dzzzzz, but my main strip on spool up (i didn't hear a darn thing, were doing some inverted hover).. lucky me there were very nice man at the field also he got my back everytime i on air just like you done for me Airboss :) . he walk out and asked me landed B4 i crashing my trex 600 with stripped main gear.

any of you guy free to join me on weekday flying at AP (B4 3:00 PM)

I didn't fly anything yet. I'm saving all the HOT stuff for the funfly.

I'm about to maiden hover the mini titan. The GY401 I got from you looks good ******.

When I get out there, I've usually drug my ass out there around 10. Jim is on the dot and out there at 9 getting Synergy madness in. Long and Mike were there last time I showed around 10 as well.

Hope the weather clears out! I've got a new heli and new packs and a newfound disrespect for wind!

Yea, the Mini-Titan IMO is the best 450 heli out there in terms of stability and ease of flight. I loved my old Mini-Titan. I shouldn't of sold it, but really wanted to try the Mars 480.

And, it only get better with upgrades too. Though, even with the plastic head and tail, it still flew very, very good. Only glitch I ever experienced was the tail gear slipping when comming out of an insanily fast piro. That was fixed with the metal upgrade.

It was so smooth, man... Even compared to my Shogun, which was my stable king...

Now, I fly micros and submicros. I'm ok with a twitchy heli...

This was another world. So stable. It just went were I told it. There was no fighting it.

I scored a TP1010/TP210 at Ultimate last week, so I'm watching my mah's increase as my pack charges from my first 5 minute hover flight. Love that charger... nice to have info after a year of a 3E "plug in and wait for the cell lights to go from red to green."

Stock ESC and motor got super hot, but it was in normal mode, and headspeed was pretty low, so the motor was probably down out of its power band.

Now I just have to get over my fear of idle up...

Oh man, I see mini titan parts in my future...

Man, I'm sick of reading and not flying. I want to bring out my Vibe to challenge the Synergy Supremacy! :)

Oh well, another week and a half and this temporary assignment will be over, and I can have my life, and flying back!
