The shaft and bearings are shipping out today. I will use locktite this time.

Run the motor after you rebuild it witout the pinion in the heli, mine had a bad vibration and it was out of balance, ended up replacing it with new one.

that 500 is a parts killer. first the batteries and now motors. Looks like Lowflyer has the better set up, his works on used 600 motors and we know those are tough.
Duke 600 had a simillar set up whith the 600L motors.

got my Kasama one way for the 600N today, got tired of the stock locking up on me, carb smart is also here but I don't feel like screwing around with it this week, oh wait.... I might change my mind by tomorrow.

Jim, helidirect.com just sent me an email saying that they are having carbsmarts in stock. I already got one for my Synergy and will dial it in tomorrow.

I have inside info that I know is true and LEGIT... One of the designers for Augusto was working for Synergy, and bailed as synergy was going into testing back in 05/06 ! Look at how narrow it is, tail box, similar gear, and motor placment. etc.. etc.. etc... No, Andrew is still traveling. He is a busy MOFO ! Im going to send him some hate mail right now.

You wanna bee's will be wishing you had not bought 3 of those! As I told you all... MARK my words... The N9 will be discontinued and not supported in about a year due to LOW SALES.... Aurora and T700 will eat it's lunch... Think about it... Have I EVER LIED to you guys? You know it is true....

A lot remains to be seen in the world of 90s.

The T7 is a great heli from initial reports, the light weight being it's biggest advantage.

What is the all up weight on the Aurora?

I wished I would of bought a N9 for a while after getting the Raptor 90, now, I'm quite happy with the Raptor, none of you have seen it fly since the metal head and other upgrades. Tooting my own horn, it Fn rocks. Ask Jason Chow, he got to fly it and it was more responsive.....well, if he wants to chime in, it can be in his words not mine. Bert was impressed and that's sayin something. I think the fact that it still can keep up in the right hands says a lot. Alan Szabo seems to do ok with it, Bert M too.

I think the N9 will be around a while longer.

Bottom line is, 90s ROCK.

I am trying too. I am building 1979 vintage American R/C Commander up out of parts from three...

But, if I live long enough to sell a house, I will probably get an Aurora (the goal has been to get an Aurora and a JR 12X-not that I need either, or remotely have the skill to do either one of them justice).

do you realize we have been hearing about the aurora for 2 years! by the time its released it will be OBSOLETE and no one in their right mind would buy a 2 year old heli thats still in a box. Synergy is a solid strong heli with plenty of support. Raptor is a solid strong heli with plenty of support. Trex is in that group also. Take a good look at that aurora and you will see Synergy all over it.
I prefer to fly available helis with support. not pictures on a thred!hehehe I got 3! you got ?

I can't find an Aurora for the life of me. I've looked.

How many months till the pre-orders are all filled and they finally have stock in stores that non-preorders can purchase?

I'm starting to consider an MA X-Cell Stratus, or a Freya 90.

Aox, you can buy my Synergy if you like. I will sell it at the end of June because I will go back to Vietnam in July. Then, I will fly electric solely since fuel is ridiculously expensive over there.(50-60 dollas/gallon of coolpower 30%)
