Hi,
A friend of mine has a Raptor with this OS .46FX-H engine and he is learning to fly so he basically hovers it and do a bit of tail in slow moving around.
The problem is that the engine is impossible to tune up, I mean we try to get it tuned and after a couple of minutes it would start screaming on it's own, he lands and sure enough the engine is really hot but if we open the needle few clicks it would be to rich and barely get off the ground at full stick, close one click at a time and the whole thing starts again.
I checked the whole fuel line, the clunk line is new, no leaks anywhere from the muffler pressurizer to the carb.
The needle seems to be in good shape, but I haven't dropped the engine to check if there are any leaking trough the bearing or something yet.
Any ideas what might be causing this???? It's driving me insane.
