I have 2 12v Deep Cell marine batteries. Each battery will push my 15' boat with 3 people aboard around the lake for several hours before draining it.

How many charges on FlightPower LiPo 22.2V 4900mAh 25C EVO25-49006S batteries can I expect to get from one of them?

You need to give us the battery specifications or at least tell us how many AH !

A typical 6s 5000mAh lipo discharged by 80% will draw about 110WH out of the DC supply. Assuming 12V from the battery that translates to about 9AH capacity. So if you have a 100AH deep-cycle battery that can tolerate 80% discharge you will get about 8 or 9 recharge cycles.

These are the only numbers I can find on the batteries.

FIRST BATTERY: SRM-24 550 CCA 690 MCA
SECOND BATTERY: 750 CRANKING AMPS 115 AMP HOURS

Don't know if that helps or not.

Well from a quick google search it looks like the first one might be 84AH and clearly the second is 115AH. Assuming that they can tolerate 80% discharge they will give you approximately:

Batt 1) (84 x 0.8) / 9 = 7 recharge cycles of 6s 5000mAh lipo
Batt 2) (110 x 0.8) / 9 = 9 recharge cycles of 6s 5000mAh lipo
