e-Station BC8 -Need some help

Hello all,

I know there are some Bantam distrubuters on here, so I would like to point out to you directly that the manual for the BC8 needs improvment ie -how to connect your battery to charge it. Is an illustration too much to ask? I ordered the Align connector, connected my pack to the connecting board and the connected to the charger on the balance end. Press charge and it says Connection failed. Look in manual and I see it says something about connecting to the charge output. On my other charger, which clearly indicates how to connect a battery, all I do is connect to the balance lead and charge through that. What am I supposed to connect? The deans plug from the battery to the output of the charger? I'm sorry, I am a newbie to this type of charger, but it would be very helpful if the manual explaned what the hell I am supposed to do! I am afraid of blowing up my battery, so any one, please tell me what am supposed to connect? The charger I use for my T-rex 450 is the electrifly Poly charge. Thanks all!

The Balanced Charge section tells you that you need to connect the main charge leads to the battery discharge leads. All batteries are charged through the main discharge leads of the battery. Then you would connect to the balancer if you need to.

it's pretty straight forward: leads out of the left-hand side of the charger (marked 'output') go to the battery (red to +, black to -); balance taps go in the right-hand side of the charger (marked balance port). this is where you'd attach the balance tap adapter if you need one.
