what can i do to dial this out.i have a new jr x9303 with ar7000.have it setup with +/- 9 deg pitch and 7 deg on cyclic.swash setting r ail= -50,el= 92,pitch= 65.soon as i go over 55% on throttle and apply full cyclic the plastic ball link on the flybar hits the blade grip.only think i can think of is a have to reduce swash but i tried is on elevator and had to turn it down from 92 to 55 for it not to hit.i di'nt check it with pitch guage but if i only had 7 deg at 92 it must be alot less at 55.its also hits the same when checking aileron.

That is the big problem with the HDX 500 head (at least the original version).
You should be abel to squeeze out about 5.5' of cyclic.
Set the cyclic amount up so that there is still a little binding!
Collective pitch shouldnt change anything on the cyclic and the problem you are seeing.

Is the head set up correctly ? Because if it is this should not happen. Have you watched the Finless video on setting up the head ? It has helped a lot of us nube's !!!! I have a HDX 500 and the manual leaves a lot to be desired, link lengths are wrong for one thing and that is pretty major for some one that is new to heli's .
