cant get blades tracked on my cp pro.

I just installed the complete metal head, and I seem to have a difficulty tracking the blades. Iv'e done tracking many times before but this one seems to be eluding me. Ok I set the mixers up and all the links perfectly, I set the blade grips to zero deg at mid stick at idle 1. When I power up I noticed the blades would track, but at a high head speed one bladed literally popped out of track. I first thought it was the blade so I switched locations. With the different blade in it still popped out of tracking. Now Im adjusting the pitch link, as soon as I get close to being tracked the other blade pops out of track. This happens even when I make tiny adjustments to the links. Im thinking dampners, or what about the center hub. Im not that crazy about the hub NOT being stug over the gear axle.
Anyone have this setup that can tell me whats going on.

How much Vertical Play do you have in the head, like if you were to try to pick it up by the blade grips how far do they move vertically?

Check your blades to see if 1 isn't slightly bent not perfectly straight

Sorry I took so long to respond I had some internet issues.
The issue seems to be slack in the links. The blade grips are rotating durring full collective. Correct if im wrong they should be solid right?
