Spektrum satellite Rx placement

When I put my radio gear in I placed the main Spektrum Rx at the top up front, and the sattelite on the left side frame, forward of the engine.

I just wondered if it is worth getting an extension and moving the satellite to the rear of the frame, near the tail?

Thoughts appreciated!

probably not.. if anything the extra static built up by the rotating gears and the oil residue that could get on it could possibly make it a worse position..

Just keep them inside the cannopy .. 2-3 inches apart with the antenna whiskers in different planes.. i.e ... vertical and horizontal

I have mine in the same place as yours, except on the ride side of the frame.

I havent had any problems... it has been working perfectly :D
