New 3d Swashplate And Washout Base????

Went down to the local hobby shop and there it was. A new upgrade swashplate and washout base. ewww more bling.....OK...there is a sucker born every minute and I couldn't resist it($55for both). But what exactly do they do? They apear to be very similar to my old ones. I miked them and basically the same dimensions. Went home and put them on. The washout base and arms have bearings in them, whereas the old ones in some places don't. Haven't flown it yet but I am curious as to what the swashplate actually does better. Usually when align comes out with a "new better part" it is to fix a problem. Anybody have any experience with it/them. This would be a good one for a Finless to disect. I attached pictures but cant get the closeup of the new plate small enough to post. Sorry about the bad quality...maybee need to invest in better camera instead of bling. :)

supposedly the new washout base is to fix the phasing (corkscrewing roll issue) and the swashplate has the bearing relocated so the center of a axis is on the same center of axis' as the balls for the link.s

The big difference is in the arms, the bearings do a great job of getting rid of all the slop!

The swash has an aluminum ball instead of steel and has a bit different profile, you'll probably have to trim a couple of mm from your washout base pins to keep it from hitting.
