I saw in Ruud's video how he had to land due to battery weirdness. I've been experiencing random odd behavior with my 6S batteries, flying in 30-35F weather. Sometimes after about 30 seconds of flight I'll get a tail-wag from the ESC, but kind of subtle, not like the violent ones you get when the battery's going dead. I'll usually land immediately and check the voltage, and often after that it will fly OK for the remaining time. I've been reducing my flights by a minute or so, and they're showing almost 23V on landing. I also did a discharge test on all of them and they are fine. What's going on?

My stock 600 is getting very very sluggish this past 2 weeks since the temps dropped and I'm not carrying any gear at all. It's just a fun ship.

You run a stock 600, add weight to it and run it on 6S pack alone, it's pushing the limits, especially in the winter.

Higher voltage will compensate for the sluggishness.

Keep your packs warm until you fly. And never charge cold packs.

Thanks, Jesse. I guess the modern version of "keep yer powder dry, boys" is "keep yer batteries warm", eh?
