well .. I was really astonished by the amazing graphics quality and the physics of the Reflex XTR flight simulation and I was thinking if it can help me practice nose in hover and maybe 3D in the future ... but the most important thing how close the T-REX 450 model in the Reflex sim to the real life T-REX 450 ??
Thank u very much

Hi Khaled
I would depend on what model you are using, the standard XTR models are very good but some of the ones people have made like the 450 are not that realistic :(.
Most of these home built models look good but are either to twitchy autorotate far to welll and have the rotor mass set way to high that they piro on the floor when they spool up. It all depends if the model has been set up correctly in XTR if you are a new pilot this may be hard for you to dial in the correct values.
It is possible to get a reasonable accurate model in XTR my advice to you is learn on the standard models provided in XTR if you can fly them you will not have problems with the T-Rex 450. When you get more profficiant you can then play with the setting to create a more realistic model.
Cheers

I find that the sim teaches you the stick movements but every heli is a bit different, and count the sim as another heli. You can get sim models that are fairly close, but they will never match real life for a given TREX. Use the sim to get the motor skills, then give yourself plenty of height to work it out on the real heli.
