Well with the growing popularity of the V-Stabr, aka: Vbar it seems necessary to have a section where we can all share our files and settings.
Now rather than just sharing the file itself I find it cruicial we also share what our radio settings are, and of course what hardware are we running on our heli, ie: servos and motors.
If you like you can also share any comments to your setup. Lets please make this as descriptive and exact as possible to better help people new to the V-Stabi and the Logos.
In the end we will all gain knowledge from this and most likley all have much better flying Logos equipped with V-Stabi

Ok here is a template that we can all use in our responses, simply copy and paste then insert your data and of course attach file. I feel this will greatly help the user prior to selection of a file. As always folks ***REMEMBER*** only import the files you wish to use, and ensure correct operation of the swash movement and tail operation before flight. It is highly suggested you have your working file saved and your servo directions and trims written down "minimum" PRIOR to loading in someone elses file.
The items listed below I feel from all the reading and conversations are the most important and make the largest differences in flight characteristics. If you feel there should be abit more we can certainly modify this "PM me", but it would be nice to keep it as simple and to the point as possible. Also please uplaod your **Favourtie WORKING file**.

Just upload it as you did the last John. From that you can open it with the Vbar software easily.

My latest files.
Since Vstabi only saves 1 bank of info per file I have posted 2 files.
The first (B1) is cyclic version of DJ's, works well in windy conditions.
The second (B3) is a cyclic version of MB's, this is my favorite.
Main blades: Maniac 623 or SAB 620
Tail parameters are for JR 8900G and CY 95s
RPM 2,300
TX 100% Expo 15%
12 degrees collective, 8 degrees cyclic
AOF 7/60
IC sensor set
Heli: Logo 600 3D, Neu 1912H/1Y, 13T, JR 8717s on cyclic, JR 8900G on tail w/Emcotec 5.2V regulator, JR 921 RX, Power Jazz with diode 0.7 volt drop on throttle input, 2S 1350 RX pack w/ 2 HD leads, Maniac 623 blades, CY 95 tail blades, FP 4350 10S & 5350 10S.

The setup from vstabi CD for L500 is a good point to start?
I have already setup mine in classic mode, but not fly it yet.
Uli said to me to import cyclic and tail parameters from a preset, will the one from CD be good?
Thanks

Yes it will be fine, you will need of course to do your own subtrim as per your servos and horns as well your own tail rotor travel limits etc, lets please keep this thread for the files not the questions, thanks.

WOW cool man! I like how you actually got the 599 on the decal! That looks great man. :smokin: On a side note I do not currnetly have any "tweaked" files to share as other then a trim flight here and there I have not been able to fly because of a bad winter. Once I do I certainly will share any and all files I get as this in the end is about everyone enjoying the technology and I praise those who are so willing to support the community, thank you.
**BTW** Note to future file users and people leaving files. When saving your file remember it does not save all banks to one file, only the bank you are on at the time of saving. You have to save each individual bank to computer.

The Logo 599 really flys well the the CY Radix 600 "stick bangers" 121gram blades, same setup. Excellent for both 3D and FFF manuevers.

I had heard the SB version would be to light as their CG is inward... So no weird tendacies with the SBs' at all?
Hmmm I have a set of those, was going to put them on the flybar unit and run the regulars on my Vstabi one...

I finally have this set up the way I like it. The futaba BLS251 works excellent with Vstabi. I pre-treated the stock PU 730XL belt and guide pullies with Graphit 33.

This file has been used for many months and flown by numerous pilots whose skills are between advanced to pro. It is important to recognize that the setup is for for a 10S Logo 600 3D with JR8717s on cyclic and a Futaba BLS251 tail servo, and probably will not work well with a different configuration. The file has an extended mode edit for this heli, which can only be transfered by uploading this file. This is not a beginner file!

Battery: FP 1345 RX
Servos: JR 8717s w/ Mikado arms 2S power
Tail Servo: Futaba BLS251 w/ 5.2 voltage regulator and 13.5mm Futaba arm
Blades;
Main: Radix 600 and Radix 600 "SB"s, Maniac 623s, SAB 620s
Tail Blades: Radix 95s and Vblade 95s

Batteries: FP 4350 and 5350 10S
2,300-2,400 headspeed
Suggested Vstabi edits;
Expert Aileron and Elevator: Proportional 70-90% ( This is like stick direct )
Servo: Common Collective- increase or reduce 5% for approx 1% collective pitch change.
Fit Paras: Elevator and Aileron stop behavior- increase 5% for 620s, decrease 5-10% for 600s and/or lighter batteries
Expert Swash: Cyclic Gain increase 5-10% for faster roll and flip rate
Collective Pump 30-60% if you like this
Expert Rudder: D Gain 25-15% defines stop behavior
Stick Gain: increase for faster piro rate
Collective and Cyclic Comps- +- 3%
Rudder: Sensitivity 75%-125% depending on how smooth your tail linkages are?
