RunRyder don't like me

To those who have been trying to reach me over on RunRyder, I appologize. Although it's really not me who should be appologizing here.

Anyway, if you need to reach me, please post your questions here as I am completely locked out of RunRyder and am done trying to get back on that board...just not worth the effort anymore.

If you know of anyone who is trying to reach me please inform them of this forum...

No surprise. After MR accused Tim/Min Air of forming policy to intentionally steal advertising on his sight I had had enough. I am surprised you have held out so long there for any reason considering MR thinks you are a thief by yours or any association to Min Air.

P.S. why do you have two handles on hear now and witch one will work the best to reach you?

I started the MinAirChris thing a while back because I had to switch over on RunRyder, lost my account info and couldn't get a response from Mark. It seemed logical to switch here too. I monitor both PM addresses so you can contact me on either and I will see it.

Soon all will realize no matter how hard he tries to hide it the content of RR is slowly slippin away to the other forums.

It cant happen fast enough! Let us pray for a mass exodus from his forum of oppression. I have learned that there is no resoning with him, he doesnt give a S#$ about ur point of view in his world.

Lets support HF and RCHS cause they are trying to grow our hobby not limit it!!

You will not find any of the Min Air team guys over there. I will definately post and spend my free time here at HF as Will provides a great place for people to get good information. There is TON's of people here with the experience and knowlege to get the right answers to any question. That is one things that is missing on a lot of boards.

What is funny is that HeliFreak came to be after Mark booted me from RR for "Subversive Advertising" after I did my setup videos using MA machines. I called Will to see what was involved in starting a forum, and the next day it was done. Will is the man!!!! :thumbup: And here we are now, and MR has not learned a thing. :?

now I feel like I have to give my two cents about this issue.
when I started with rc helis, I wouldn't have known what to do without rr, I got all the help I ever needed and more.
I came fully prepared and had bought all the right things when I met the local guys.
as time went on I fast realized what a joke the owner of rr is and that there is just to much bs to go through to find more specific answers to more specific questions.
when I finally realized what mr is doing, like keeping information away from the community, because it related to a product or a company that doesn't advertise, I knew I was done and have no reason to come back to rr, I will never click on one of it's advertisers logo and will never buy something advertised for sale on rr, that's as simple as it is.
I also told the online shop where I bought my parts from that I will keep on buying from them, but that I was really thinking of not to anymore, because they advertise with rr.

rr is mr's business, just as I have my own business, I understand that he is absolute king.
just as I, he runs his business in a dictatorship and doesn't need anyones input.
the people who visit his board are his customers, after all, without them he wouldn't have sponsors and therefore no income.
for everyone he throws out, there might be 3 new ones signing up.

rr will keep on going as long as new people sign up, people who don't know whats going on and people who don't care or can't be without rr will be hanging out and post at that site and therefore support his advertisers.
if you disagree with rr and like everyone to know about it, there is only one way to do that.
stay away from that place and don't support it's advertisers.
if the day comes where more people stay away then new people signing up and advertisers don't get the business through rr as they used to, mr as a business man will have to think of something to save his business, after all, without customers no business is a business.
you could even go one step further and call or write to rr's advertisers and tell them that you won't buy their product as long as they advertise with rr, you could call the online shop where you spend $5000.00 last year and tell them you won't spend a single $ this year because they advertise with rr.

what I see over and over is, just like some local guy I know, people make huge statements about rr and mr and bash them where they can and getting booted from rr and then just keep on crawling back to rr, every time signing up with a new name and keep on posting their meaningless one liners, because they have no life and wouldn't know what to do without rr and with their whining they are looking for company (misery needs company).

there are many ways to show how much you disagree with something, but *****ing about it and at the same time supporting it (one way or another) is definitely not the right way.
just think what the power of the masses would be able to do if you could just get them to agree.

Well, I was on the Ikarus BB for a couple years when all I had was a piccolo, ECO8 and my planks.. I had no reason to go anywhere else. The ikarus guys eventually ran into some of these same problems and moved on to Helispot. Not sure the whole story was as I had already gone to RR to train for the dark side. hehe. When I got my first nitro heli. (X-cell /Bergen 60) I needed more info. for nitro obviously..So RR was where I had seen the most action and info. I needed. Helifreak was not even around yet.. And I made a few friends on RR which some have moved here now. I am not at the level to discuses the issues you guys mention. Most of my post were in classifieds to upgrade or trying different things. And prices were by far better than ebay, etc. And good people to deal with for the most part. Unfortunetly im sure freak will still get its share of crooks to. Anyway, I am just now starting to see the political and biz side of things come to light.. Im just here to have fun and hopefully one day be satisfied with my skills as a pilot. Dont really need anyone ells telling me I am good or not.. And im the same way with choosing my helis, etc. I have to try things for myself. No adds are going to convince me of anything.. So MRs plan don't jive with me anyway if its to not advert for MA. My next heli will still be an Ion.. Go figure!! :wink:
