Just popping in from vacation--
I want to say I have had about a half dozen orders with HeliDirect recently...
The stuff got to my house USPS very quickly-
The tracking was excellent-always knew the status of the order-
Prices are very good-
Good phone support-

Yes I think HD has seen the future and decided where they want to be with customer service, quality of parts, and bring the "next generation helicopters". At a fair price to boot!

Heres hoping their vision turns to reality. :woot

They've been good for me, too. The orders are complete and arrive quickly. Kind of like how Dee Tee needs to work if they want to stay in business after their "move."

HD is the best... belive they have more than one customer, but allmost feels like im the only one when i e-mail them with questions and things like that...seems like they remember me from time to time, and order to order!;)
and im just one small but faithfull customer in Norway!!
service like that is not something i see everyday!!!

My buddy just got his HDX500SE in the mail today. I went to his house asap to see it and I must say I lik it. I'm holding myself back to see what changes and upgrades will be done in the near future. I'm sure I will be on board in a few months.:thumbup:
