First, I looked thru the rules and hope I'm not breaking any.
I bought mine 3 months and 3 weeks ago, I didn't know that I could get it replaced under warranty back when it puffed which was on the 4th flight three months ago and now since it's past 90 days they won't warranty it.
I'm sure there are many others that got the shaft on this too, and I'm sure they would like to see it made right.
The guy I talked to, more than once was doing everything he could to get out of covering the Align product. That is no way to treat your customers and I"ll be sure to relay my experience to anyone that asks. :mad:
