2.4G Receiver inside or outside of canopy

Hi
Just got me a shiny new T-Rex 600N pro and I am about to fit the AR7000
and was wondering if the receiver needs to be outside the canopy or is it ok to fit inside.

Yup, several of mine are inside. I've never seen a glitch!
